Put Adrian right back in that pet store. Move right back into that Rocky II apartment. And wax nostalgic about clothes you wore in the previous entries.
Unfortunately for all parties involved, by 1990 the formula did not work, and Rocky V ended up flopping at the box office. If they weren’t headed to another sequel (Predator 2), audiences were headed to another theater to watch MaCauley Culkin defend his house against bumbling crooks. What went wrong? And do we as podcasters agree with Stallone’s proclamation that Rocky V is a ‘0-10’?
