And then there was one. Here is our long built up review of Ballerina: From The World of John Wick. Starring Ana DeArmas and directed by Len Wiseman (Live Free or Die Hard) it would seem the franchise was going to be sent to other hands for its first of at least a few planned spinoffs.

However, that was not to be. Rumored bad dailies caused producers to get cold feet with their oncoming director and unproven female action star. So, they called in the cavalry. Enter Chad Stahelski, Keanu Reeves, and Angelica Huston. With lots and lots of new footage supposedly shot by Stahelski, we once again had a glued together with popsicle sticks version of a spinoff.

But is Ballerina a subject of bad press? Join Garrett, Matt, and Adam as they dissect the film and its many rumored behind the scenes problems, as well as determine if it’s better than it’s at the time of its release bad reputation.

Also, stay tuned to find out what the co-hosts are doing next.

Anavar, known chemically as oxandrolone, is one of the most popular anabolic steroids used by athletes and bodybuilders for its mild nature and ability
to produce noticeable results with minimal side effects. When a user follows a two‑month cycle of Anavar, the changes that occur are
often subtle at first but become more pronounced as the cycle progresses.
The following sections break down what you can expect after two weeks on Anavar for both men and women, why people choose this
compound over other steroids, and some related topics that might be
    of interest.

    Anavar Results After 2 Weeks
    On Woman & Man (Before/After)

    Men
After the first two weeks of a typical Anavar
cycle—usually 20 to 40 milligrams per day—many male users begin to notice an increase
in muscle hardness. The compound is known for its ability
to stimulate protein synthesis without significant water retention, so gains are often lean rather than bulky.
Some men report a slight improvement in strength during weight training; the lifts that once felt
heavy may now feel more manageable. Skin quality can also improve because
Anavar has a low androgenic profile and tends not to cause acne or oily skin as frequently as other steroids.

    Women
Female users experience similar benefits but with different emphasis.
In just two weeks, women often report a reduction in stubborn body fat—especially
around the abdomen—and an overall slimmer
silhouette. Because Anavar is less likely to aromatize into estrogen, there are fewer risks of water retention and
bloating, which makes it attractive for those who want a more defined look without excess puffiness.
Some women also notice enhanced stamina during cardio
sessions; the improved oxygen delivery to muscles
translates to longer training durations before fatigue
    sets in.

    Before vs. After
In both sexes, the “before” phase is characterized by normal metabolic rates and baseline muscle density.

The first two weeks of Anavar can shift metabolism slightly
toward a more efficient fat oxidation state.

By week two, the measurable changes—such as a 1 to 2 pound lean mass increase or
a 3 to 5% reduction in body fat—are often visible on photographs or measurements.
These early indicators motivate users to continue with the cycle.

    Why Use Anavar?

    Muscle Preservation
One of the key reasons athletes choose Anavar is its ability to preserve muscle
tissue during calorie deficits or intense training periods.
Because it promotes protein synthesis without significant water retention, users can lose fat while maintaining lean mass—an outcome that many other steroids
    cannot guarantee as cleanly.

    Low Androgenic Profile
Anavar’s low androgenic activity translates into a reduced risk of side effects such as hair loss, acne, and
virilization in women. This makes it an attractive option for those who want the anabolic
benefits without the harsher consequences associated
with stronger compounds like testosterone or Dianabol.

    Quick Onset of Action
Users often report that Anavar’s effects are noticeable within days rather
than weeks. The rapid onset is partly due to its high oral bioavailability and
efficient transport into muscle cells, which accelerates protein synthesis and recovery processes.

    Minimal Aromatization
Because Anavar does not convert readily into estrogen, users avoid
the estrogenic side effects such as gynecomastia, water retention, or mood swings.

This characteristic also means that less supplemental therapy
is required to manage estrogen levels during a cycle.

    Safety in Lower Doses
Many people start with low doses—around 20 milligrams per
day for men and 10 to 15 milligrams for women—to
gauge tolerance. These modest amounts are generally well tolerated, making Anavar
suitable even for first‑time steroid users who want to
test the waters without committing to high dosages.
